摘 要:用等离子发射光谱(ICP)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)表征了改性Hβ沸石的物理化学性质,考察了Mn和Ce改性Hβ沸石对对甲酚-异丁烯烷基化反应的催化性能,并探讨了Mn改性Hβ沸石催化下温度、原料摩尔比和空速对烷基化反应的影响。研究发现,用Mn改性Hβ沸石的催化活性和产物选择性有所升高,且最佳反应条件为反应温度为125℃,n(异丁烯)∶n(对甲酚)=3∶1,空速为2 h-1。Mn改性Hβ沸石是对甲酚-异丁烯烷基化反应极有开发前景的催化剂。The physical chemistry properties of catalysts were characterized by ICP, XRD and NH3-TPD, alkylation of p-cresol with isobutylene over β zeolite modified by Mn and Ce was carried out and the catalytic activity of the zeolite was investigated. And the influences of reaction temperature, molar ratio of isobutylene/ p-cresol and WHSV were analyzed. The result indicated that the catalytic activity of the β zeolite modified by Mn and the selectivity of 2-tert-butyl-4-methy-phenol are improved, the optimized condition are reaction temperature of 125 ℃, molar ratio of isobutylene/p-cresol of 3 ,WHSV of 2 h-l. β zeolite modified by Mn is a promising catalyst for alkylation of p-cresol with isobutylene.
