芦荟外贴与CO2激光治疗跖疣的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨芦荟外贴与CO2激光对治疗跖疣疗效的比较。方法分芦荟外贴治疗与CO2激光治疗组两组进行观察。芦荟外贴组：采用新鲜芦荟叶外贴皮损，用不透气、不透水的胶布或邦迪止血贴包扎，每天更换一次。CO2激光治疗组：用5—6W的激光输出功率均匀地烧灼、汽化跖疣至褐色疣体病变组织完全清除。结果芦荟外贴组：212例患者外贴芦荟治愈183例，占86．3％，好转10例，占4．7％，无效9例，占4．3％，失访10例，占4．7％，有效率91％。CO2激光治疗组：209例患者激光治愈185例，占88．5％，好转11例，占5．2％，无效7例，占3．3％，失访6例，占3％，有效率93．7％。结论芦荟外贴治疗和CO2激光治疗跖疣均取得良好效果，可根据病人自身的条件和需要作出治疗方法的选择。Obejective The approach of the contrast of verruca plantaris curative effect between the methods of Aloe ectal strap and CO： laser. Methods The groups have been divided into Aloe ectal strap and CO2 laser for the survey. Group Aloe ectal strap： Use fresh Aloe leaves to strap the skin lesion, use water-tight and air-tight adhesive tape or bandage for hemostatic binding, and change once a day. Group CO2 laser： Use 5-6W output power laser to cauterize and vaporize verruca plantaris to get rid of the brown colored pathological changes. Result group Aloe ectal strap： of 211 patients using this method, 183 cases cured, 86.3%; and improvement of 10 cases, 4.7%; inefficacy of 9 cases , 4.3%; false visits of 10 cases, 4.7%; effective rate 91%. group CO2 laser： of 209 patients using the latter method, 185 cases cured, 86.3%; and the improvement of 11 cases, 45.2%;inefficacy of 7 cases , 3.3%; false visits of 6 cases, 3%; effective rate 93.7%.Conclusion Both the methods of Aloe ectal strap and CO2 laser for treating verruca plantaris are effective. Either one could be adopted according to the situation of a specific patient.
