摘　　要：采用改进方法制备了4-苯-1-丁醇,将氯化氢气体通入四氢呋喃溶液中,生成4-氯丁醇,然后在三氯化铝的作用下,与苯反应制备4-苯-1-丁醇,精馏,提纯,总收率达75%。该合成路线成本低于γ-丁内酯的开环制备方法。4-Benzene-l-butanol was synthesized by improved methods, i.e. by introducing the HCl gas into tetrahydrofuran to give 4-chlorobutanol, then the obtained 4-chlorobutanol was reacted with benzene in the presence of AlCl3. After rectification and purification, the total yield could be reached up to 75%. The cost of product prepared using improved method was lower than that based on ring-opening of γ-butyrolactone.
