黄芪复方对大鼠主动型Heymann肾炎的作用

摘　　要：目的：研究黄芪复方对大鼠主动型Heymann肾炎的治疗作用，并探讨其作用机制。方法：大鼠腹腔注射同种肾脏免疫复合物，复制大鼠主动型Heymann肾炎模型，观察灌胃给予黄芪复方三种剂量1．5、0．75、0,375浸青／kg（折合生药4、2、1g／kg），治疗大鼠H基残留冻土层eymann肾炎4周，对Heymann肾炎模型的作用。结果：①能明显降低肾炎大鼠尿蛋白，血清肌酐与尿素氮，能升高血清总蛋白与白蛋白水平；②能明显提高血清SOD活性和降低血浆MDA含量；③能使肾炎大鼠降低的胸腺及脾脏指数以及脾淋巴细胞ConA增殖反应恢复，使IL-1水平明显降低。结论：黄芪复方对大鼠Heymann肾小球肾炎有明显的保护作用，该疗效可能与其抗炎、抗氧化和免疫调节等作用有关。Objective：In order to study the effects of huang-qi-fu-fang on nephritis in rats and the reasonality of the compound and try to find out the mechanisms of Huang-qi-fu-fang. Methods：The rat models of AHN were induced by intra peritoneal administration of kidney homogenate and Freund＇ s adjuvant. We studied the effects of huang-qi-fu-fang which was given orally at the dosages of 4,2,1g/kg crude drug body weight on Heymann nephritis for 4 weeks in rats. Results：（1）the levels of proteinuria and blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in all treated groups were remarkedly decreased. （2）The concentrations of serum cholesterol and triglycerides and plasma, M DA were obviously descreased after treatment ,but the levels of serum total protein and albumin and the activity of SOD were mardedly increased. （3）this compound could restore the diminshed indexes of thymus and spleen, proliferative response to splenocyte induced by Con A and enhanced IL-1 production by peritoncal macorophages in HG rats. Conclusion：The protective offects of Huang-qi-fu-fang on Heymann nephritis in rats were associated with its anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative and immunomodulatory activities.
