浅谈玻璃纤维无捻粗纱生产技术的改进

摘　　要：分析了无捻粗纱生产厂家在生产中存在的一些问题,如纱线张力一致性问题、纱线缺股问题、纱线接头问题,针对生产中存在的这些问题进行技术改进,并介绍了3种设备即张力器、断纱自停装置、空气捻接器等新技术在合股无捻粗纱生产中的应用及技术改进。Some problems found in roving production in some factories, such as inconsistency of roving tension, missing ends rovings and roving splicing problem, are analyzed. For these problems, technical improvements are use by introducing the use three equipment items, i.e., tensioner, roving stop motion and air splicer, in the production of assembled rovings.
