对2005年中美纺织品贸易摩擦的思考

摘　　要：发生于2005年的中美纺织品贸易摩擦虽然最后在双方的七轮谈判中暂时得到了平息,但尚未真正根除。通过对其简单回顾,分析了中美纺织品贸易摩擦成因产生的实质性问题,并从中总结了以下三点启示:调整纺织业的出口战略,实现由比较优势到竞争优势的转变是中国纺织业发展的必由之路;进一步推进出口多元化战略,减少对美国市场的依赖,是解决中美纺织品贸易摩擦的关键;在加强与美国相关利益集团的沟通中,寻找打破美国国内贸易保护主义的同盟军是减少中美纺织品贸易摩擦的重要手段。Although the rub Occurring in 2005 Sino-America textile trade temporarily got to quell in the both parties＇ seven negotiating finally, it didnlt be real exterminated. With it＇s .simple review, analyze Sino-America textile trade rub because of output materiality problem, and sumed up from the following three aspects：adjust the export strategy of the textile industry, carry out the change from comparison advantage to competitive advantage is a necessary road in Chinese textile industry development; ptsh forward export diversified strategy, reduce the dependence to the American market is key of solving Sino-America textile trade friction.in the communication of the American related interest group, looking for breaking the American domestic trade to protect is important means to reducing Sino-America textile trade rub.
