摘　　要：为了对信令网络进行监督,维护和管理,信令网络管理者首先需要以有效的方式或工具接入信令网络。文中给出了一种利用多信道同步通信控制器MUSYCC(Multichannel Synchronous Communications Controller)实现的CardBus信令接口卡的设计方法。借助该卡可方便地接入信令网络,从而直接在PC上对信令网进行各种功能测试和性能分析。因此,信令接口卡必然具有很大的应用价值。In order to monitor, maintain and manage the signaling network, there must be some effective methods or facilities firstly for the managers of the signaling network to connect to the signaling network. This article shows us a method to design a CardBus card based on the Multichannel Synchronous Communications Controller（MUSYCC）.The signaling interface card can be connected to signaling network conveniently to analyze the performance of the signaling network and test it＇s signaling functions on PC. Therefore, the signaling interface card should have high value of application.
