摘 要:为调节静电除尘器中粉尘和极板间粘结力,分析了涂层对粉尘受力情况的影响,从理论上解释了极板上涂层的特性。通过计算选取适当的涂层材料,对涂层对粉尘粘结力的影响进行了大量实验。通过实验,确定了合理的涂层比电阻范围,同时验证了在极板上涂适当涂层可以有效地调节粉尘和极板间粘结力。In order to adjust the cohesive force between dust particles and collecting plates of electrostatic precipitator, the effect of coat on collecting plates to force conditions of dust particles is analyzed, the theoretic explanation on the characteristics of coat on collecting plates is made. Some appropriate coating materials were selected through calculation, and a lot of experiments on the effect of coat on cohesive force of dust were carried out, so that the reasonable resistivity range of coat was determined, at the same time, it was proved that suitable coat on collecting plates can effectively adjust the cohesive force between dust and collecting plates.
