摘　　要：通过对金毛狗脊[Cibotium barometz(L.) J.Sm.]根茎乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离纯化,得到8个化合物。经物理方法和谱学分析,分别鉴定为(24R)-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1),24-亚甲基环木菠萝烷醇(2),β-谷甾醇(3),(3R)-去-O-甲基毛狄泼老素(4),原儿茶醛(5),金粉蕨亭(6),交链孢霉酚(7)和胡萝卜苷(8)。化合物1、2、4和7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Eight compounds were isolated from EtOAc-soluble fraction of 70% ethanolic extract from the rhizome of Cibotiurn barometz （ L. ） J. Sm.. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis, they were identified as （24R） -stigmst-4-ene-3-one （ 1 ） ,24-methylenecycloartanol （ 2 ）,β-sitosterol （ 3 ） , （3R） -des-O-methyl laslodiplodin （ 4 ）, protocatechuic aldehyde （S） ,onitin （6） ,alternariol （7） ,and daucosterol （8）. Compounds 1,2,4,and 7 were isolated from the genus Cibotiurn Kaulf. for the first time.
