摘 要:对涡轮增压器蜗壳内流场进行了三维CFD模拟,分析了蜗壳内的流动并找到了叶片造成流动损失的原因,然后引入双纽线流量计的工作原理对叶片尤其是造成流动损失大的叶片头部进行了重新设计,进而对新方案进行了CFD模拟和叶片的加工及整机试验,模拟和试验结果表明新设计的叶片对增压器效率有明显提高。The 3-D CFD simulation on the flow field in the volute and nozzle ring of the turbocharger is conducted, the gas flows in the volute and nozzle ring are analyzed, and it is found that the shape of the vane has marked effect on flow loss. So the vane is redesigned, optimized by CFD simulation, and finally manufactured with lemniscate chosen as the section curve of the leading part of the vane. The test on the turbocharger with newly designed vanes is also performed. The results show that the new vanes contribute to the improvement of the overall efficiency of the turbocharger.
