摘 要:引述了变换工艺饱和热水塔从系统优化的角度得到循环热水量的最佳值,并指出降低进热水塔变换气温度将对热回收有良好的效果。文中着重介绍了喷射型立体传质塔板,即新型垂直筛板(NewVST)及更加新型高效的立体连续传质塔板(LLC-Tray)应用于饱和热水塔的技术改造所取得的良好效果,展现了广阔的工业应用前景。From the point view of system optimization, how to get the optimal value of circulating hot water of shift process saturation-hot water tower was quoted. It was pointed out that decreasing the temperature of shift gas in hot water tower would achieve good effects of heat reclaiming. It emphasized the spraying LLC-Tray, i.e. New Vertical Sieve-tray Tower (NewVST) and newer high-efficient tridimensional successive mass transferring tray (LLC-Tray), which obtained good effect when applied in saturation-hot water tower revamping. All these show a wide industrial application future.
