摘 要:为了进一步了解四氯化钛制备中加碳氯化反应,通过计算对二氧化钛加碳氯化的CO与CO2摩尔比值、配碳比等进行了研究,发现它们对加碳氯化反应产生重要影响,低温下加碳氯化反应主要生成CO2,高温下主要生成CO。当配碳比较高时,碳的反应不完全,存在过量;较低时,不利于TiO2的完全反应。对工业TiCl4生产的CO与CO2摩尔比值进行了详细阐述。同时对低价钛氧化物的生成进行了探讨,认为不会生成低价钛氧化物。通过实验讨论了TiO2与TiCl4间的反应,发现TiO2与TiCl4间的反应能够发生,并随温度的升高而加强。研究结果为进一步优化加碳氯化反应提供了依据。In order to catch on the process of the reaction of carbochlorination of titania for preparing titanium tetrachloride, several influencing factors of the carbochlorination of titania in chloride process were discussed by computation, which includes CO/CO2 ratio, carbon added ratio and so on. These factors have important effects on the reaction of carbochlorination of titania, CO2 is main resultant at low temperature, but CO is at high temperature. When carbon added ratio is a little higher, the reaction of carbon isn't complete, therefore the quantities of carbon is excessive, when that is a little lower, it is disadvantage for the complete reaction of TiO2. CO/CO2 mole ratio of industrial production of TiCl4 was discussed particularly. The formation of low valent titanium oxides was also discussed. No low-valent titanium oxides were considered to form. Meanwhile, the reaction of TiO2 and TICl4 was studied by experiments, it shows that the reaction of TiO2 and TiCl4 can happen and becomes acute with temperature rising. The research results provide reasonable scientific basis for improving suitable conditions of the carbochlorination reduction.
