摘  要:以美伐他汀产生菌SIPI-8915为出发菌,研究了影响原生质体形成和再生的各种因素并选出最佳条件,其再生频率达到23.5%;并对原生质体进行紫外诱变育种,筛选到变异株。该菌株摇瓶发酵效价比对照提高30%,传代稳定好。o select a high mevasatin-producing strain through protoplast mutation induced by UV radiation, factors affecting protoplast formation and regeneration were studied ;the protoplast were obtained and the regeneration frequency was 23.5%, the protoplast of SIPI-8915 were induce by UV radiation ;the mutants were screened;a high mevasatin-producing strain was obtained, whose mevasatin output increased by 30% compared with the starting strain.
