摘　　要：采用水回流法、乙醇回流法、超声提取法对菊花中总黄酮的提取工艺进行了研究。结果表明。Total flavone from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. has the effect of hypotensive and debasing blood grease. This paper takes three methods to find the best technics of extract. They are boiling-water circumfluence, boiling-ethanol circumfluence and exceeding-sound conclusion. The method of boiling-ethanol circumfluence is the best one.
