摘 要:结构健康监测在土木工程学科中具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。其中,温度监测是大型结构健康监测与评估的一个重要方面。以芜湖长江大桥健康监测中的铁路桥连续梁部分分布式温度监测为背景,开发了基于数字式温度传感器DS18B20的大型结构温度场实时监测系统。该系统已经成功地应用在芜湖长江大桥和郑州黄河大桥健康监测系统中,实现了对桥梁结构温度场的实时监测。应用情况表明:该系统具有实时性强、可靠性和准确性高、性价比高、通用性好等特点,对其他大型结构的温度场监测具有重要的参考价值。本文介绍DS18B20的特点、工作流程和系统的软硬件实现技术,并对系统的现场应用情况进行总结。Structural health monitoring has already become a hot and difficult problem in the discipline of civil engineering currently. Temperature monitoring is one of the most important aspects of large-scale structure health monitoring and evaluation. A system based on the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is developed for distributed temperature monitoring of the heath monitoring system of theWuhu Yangtze River Railway Bridge. The system has been running well in health monitoring of the Wuhu Yangtze River Railway Bridge and Zhengzhou Yellow River Railway Bridge. Real-time monitoring of the temperature field of bridge structures is realized. Field test results and the running conditions of the system show that the system is characterized by strong real-time nature, high reliability and accuracy, high performance-price ratio, good versatility and so on. The system has great reference value to temperature-field monitoring of other large-scale structures in practical application. The features and workflow of DS18B20,and the hardware and software design of the system are described in detail. On-the-spot application is summarized.
