青岛市集体儿童生长发育状况分析

摘　　要：目的为了解全市托幼机构儿童生长发育状况及儿童保健工作情况，评价近4年全市集体儿童保健工作质量及效果。方法我院统一下发由本院制定的托儿所、幼儿园统计表格，培训各园保健医生，资料进行严格控制。结果2002年-2005年，儿童身高、体重增长合格率由65．4％上升至71．7％，低体重发生率、发育迟缓发生率逐年下降，差异有极显著性；儿童龋齿患病率逐年下降，龋齿矫治率、视力矫治率逐年上升。结论全市托幼机构卫生保健工作质量明显提高，今后要进一步加强听力筛查工作，大力开展儿童健康教育。Objective To find out the situation of the children＇s growth and development in preschools and the condition of child heath care working. To estimate the quality and effect of the hygienic work for collective children all of the city for four years. Methods Using the statistical tables which were constituted by our hospital. Results The capable increase rate of children＇s height and weight was 65.4% in 2002, but it increased to 71.7% in 2005. The incidence rate of low-weight and the incidence rate of def- erred and slowed development were descending every year. The prevalence rate of dental caries were descending yearly. The rectify rate of dental caries were ascending yearly. And the rate of corrctted defects of vision was also ascending every year. There was none of hearing-screening in 2002, but the rate of hearing screening was 9.8% in 2005. Conclusions The quality of preschools and kindergartens＇ hygienic working was improved obviously. We must enhance the hearing screening energetically, and we must develop the health education for children.
