温敏核不育基因置于不同遗传背景下的育性表现变异

摘　　要：采用分期播种的办法，观察了来源于安农Ｓ－１杂交后代的４个不育系在自然条件下的育性表现，发现将安农Ｓ－１的温敏核不育基因导入到不同遗传背景以后，育性表现（不育起点温度）有变异。这种变异与亲本密切相关，可以在世代间传递，并能保持相对稳定，但扩大群体后。The fertility expression of 4 TGMS lines with Annong S-1 as TGMS gene donor was observed under natural conditions. It was found that there existed variation for sterility inducing temperature of the TGMS gene in different genetic backgrounds. The variation is closely related to the parents and can inherit and maintain relatively stable in generations. But there is about 0.02% possibility in emergence of plants with lower or higher sterility inducing temperature.
