宁波市北仑区1987～2005年7种STD流行病学分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨宁波市北仑区1987～2005年性传播性疾病(STD)流行病学特征及发病趋势,为今后性病防治工作提出科学依据。[方法]采用描述性流行病学方法,对1987～2005年北仑区性病疫情监测报告资料进行统计分析。[结果]①流行趋势:1987～2005年北仑区累计报告性病(HIV/AIDS除外)14 593例,年平均发病率为237.33/10万,年平均增长38.28%;各类性病发病均呈上升趋势,以梅毒(72.41%)、非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎(NGU,64.33%)增长最快;性病流行病谱逐渐发生改变,NGU、梅毒构成增长迅速,淋病构成逐年减少,2003年开始NGU发病超过淋病位居首位。②人群分布:男女性别比为0.79︰1,从1996年开始女性发病多于男性;以20～39岁性活跃人群为主,占74.86%;已婚者(72.25%)占多数;传播方式以性传播为主(44.49%)。[结论]宁波市北仑区性病发病呈上升趋势,加强性传播性疾病防治知识的普及,提倡安全性行为,是当前预防性病艾滋病蔓延的有效措施。[Objective] To analyze prevalence trend and epidemiologie features of sexually transmitted diseases （STDs） in Beilun district from 1987 to 2005, providing scientific basis for effective prevention strategy. [ Methods] During 1987- 2005, STDs surveillance data in Beilun district were systematically analyzed by the method of descriptive epidemiological study. [ Results] （1） Epidemic trends： During this period, the incidence of seven kinds of STDs had been steadily increasing, the annual average incidence rate was 237.33×10^-5 and the annual average growth rate was 38.28%. The spectrum of STDs had changed, Since 2003, non-gonococcal urethritis （NGU） had ranked the first. （2） Population distribution： The total ratio of male to female was 0.79 ： 1, female eases had been much more than male ones since 1996. The case group aged from 20 to 39 years accounted for 74.86% of total reported STDs cases. The married patients accounted for 72.25%. 44.49% of the victims were infected by sexual transmission. [ Conclusions] The incidence rate of STDs shows an increasing trend in Beilun District. Prompting health education of preventive knowledge on STDs and calling for safe sex will be effective ways to control the transmission of STDs and AIDS.
