摘　　要：[目的]调查绍兴县春季副伤寒高发的因素。[方法]采用流行病学现场调查和病例对照研究。[结果]既下河洗物又食用家庭自制的盐水鸡是本次副伤寒暴发的主要原因。[结论]科学指导家庭自制盐水鸡对防止伤寒副伤寒等肠道传染病暴发十分重要。[Objective] To explore the risk factors of the outbreak of paratyphoid in spring. [Methods] Epidemiological survey and case-control study were adopted. [ Results] Intaking cold food made by home together with washing in river was the major cause of this paratyphoid outbreak. [Conclusions] It is very important to enforce the ordinary food and water sanitation surveillance for preventing the paratyphoid and other diseases.
