摘  要:目的观察低能量氦-氖激光血管内照射(ILIB)配合中药治疗对实验性糖尿病脑梗死家免神经元cNOSmRNA的影响。方法经四氧嘧啶造成糖尿病及光化学方法造成脑梗死的高脂家兔糖尿病脑梗死模型35只,分为模型组、单纯激光照射组、中药(糖脑络通方)治疗组、激光+中药组,检测其神经元cNOSmRNA水平表达,进行组间比较及与正常组比较。结果与模型组比较,单纯激光和中药组对cNOSmRNA水平影响不大,而激光联合中药组可显著降低模型家兔神经元紊乱的cNOSmRNA水平,减轻nNOS介导的神经损伤,更有利于梗死后的神经功能恢复。结论ILIB联合中药糖脑络通方可显著降低模型家兔神经元cNOSmRNA水平的表达,减轻nNOS介导的神经损伤,从而达到治疗糖尿病脑梗死的目的。Objective To observe the effect of intravenous low intensity laser radiation (ILIB) with traditional chinese medicine on cNOSmRNA of the rabbits of experimental diabetic stroke. Metheds 35 successfully modeled rabbits, after alloxian injection for diabetes and photochemical radiation for stroke, were randomized into four treatment group: control group, ILIB group, traditional Chinese herb medicines treatment group, and a group with Compound treatment of ILIB and TCH. 7 unmodeled rabbits were made as the normal group. The cNOSmRNA level was compared with eath other. Results Compared with control group, ILIB group and traditional Chinese herb medicines treatment group can't significantly rectify the disorderly cNOSmRNA, but E can. Conclusions Group E can effectively reduce the cNOSmRNA level and nervous injury, cure diabetes cerebral infarction.
