摘  要:目的优选尿素包合法富集葵花油中亚油酸的方法。方法通过单一因素实验对尿素用量、溶剂(乙醇)用量、回流时间、尿素包合冷析时的温度及尿素包合作用静置时间几个工艺参数进行研究。结果采用正交试验方法优选的最佳工艺条件为:脂肪酸与尿素的比值(W/W)为1:3,尿素与乙醇的比值(W/V)为1:3,包合温度为室温(10℃左右),包合时间为2h,回流时间15min。结论在此条件下,使亚油酸含量从65.7%增加到97.8%,产率为39%。Objective To optimize the enrichment method of linoleic acid in sunflower oil. Metheds By single factor tests, the effect factors in urea adduction process including ratio of urea and ETOH, adduction temperature and time, and refluxing time were discussed. Results The optimum conditions determined by an orthogonal test are: the ratio of fatty acid and urea is 1: 3 (w/w), the ratio of urea and ETOH is 1 : 3 (w/v), adduction temperature is room temperature, adduction time is 2 h, refluxing time is 15min. Conclusions Under these optimum conditions, the purity of linoleic acid is increased from 65.7% t0 97.8%, the yield of linoleic is 39%.
