摘 要:研究了小麦叶片展开后CO2同化量的变化规律及其估算方法。光合CO2日同化量可按公式ΣPn(d)=12Σn-1i=1(Pni+Pn+i)Hi计算;叶源量(LSC)和叶片一生中日10时光合速率累积值可先用多种数学方程进行计算机拟合,再选定最佳拟合方程,最后对选定方程积分,求取积分值即得。如果叶源量和叶片一生中日10时光合速率累积值变化曲线比较复杂,则可对其进行分段拟合,再对分段拟合方程分别进行积分,最后求得它们的和。试验结果表明,一天中10时光合速率与光合CO2日同化量有极显著线性正相关关系;此外,还讨论了LSC测定的简化方法,即用叶片一生中日10时光合速率代替它。The dynamic pattern and estimation method of CO 2 assimilation amount after leaf expansion in wheat are reported in this paper. The amount of photosynetic assimilation of CO 2 per day can be calculated by the formula: ΣP n(d) =1/2Σn-1i=1(P ni +P n+i )H i Several mathematical equations were modelled with computer for the Leaf Source Capacity (LSC)and the accumulative value of photosynthetic rate at 10 am during the leaf life span,then the best fitted equation as selected.By integrating the best fitted equation,LSC was obtained. If the modelled curve for LSC and the accumulative value of photosynthetic rate at 10 am is rather complicated,it can be divided into several parts,and each part is integrated separately and their total can be summed.This experimental results showed that there is a highly significant positive linear correlation between the photosynthetic rate at 10 am and the daily CO 2 amount of photosynthetic assimilation. Besides,a simplified method by using the photosynthetic rate at 10 am during the leaf life span as the measurement of LSC is also discussed.
