摘 要:迄今为止,我国有关焊接铝合金构件残余应力的研究还不多见。由于铝合金与钢型材的材性等方面有诸多不同,使得焊接对铝合金的影响变得更为复杂。作为焊接影响的一个重要方面,焊接残余应力的分布规律成为迫切需要研究的重要课题。为此,采用切片法对两种方式焊接的铝合金工字型截面构件的残余应力进行了测试。通过对测试数据的分析整理,得出纵向焊接工字型截面构件残余应力的分布情况。为进一步总结焊接铝合金构件残余应力的分布规律及研究残余应力对构件承载力的影响提供了基础。So far, little is done on the study of residual stresses in welded aluminium alloy members. Due to the differences between aluminium alloy and steel, the influence of welding on aluminium alloy is more complicated than that on steel. As one aspect of it, the distribution law of residual stresses resulting from welding becomes an urgent subject to study. Thus, the residual stresses in two types of welded aluminium alloy 1-section members were measured by sectioning method. Through the analysis of the test results, the distribution of residual stresses in longitudinally welded 1-section members is got. It is provided the basis for further study on their distribution law and for further study on their effect on the carrying capacity of the members.
