摘 要:根据对单一压力容器镍氢电池充放电过程的分析,建立其传热数学物理模型.采用计算流体动力学的方法对整个电池温度场进行求解,对比模拟结果与实验结果,两者能够很好地吻合,说明该传热模型可以真实有效地反映实际传热过程.根据计算结果分析整体电池的温度场分布规律,找出电池充放电过程中温差最大的位置作为监控点,其结果可以为电池热控制优化提供理论依据.According to the analysis of the charge and discharge process of a practical individual pressure vessel (IPV) Ni-H2 battery, the mathematical model for the battery was established and computational fluid dynamic method (CFD) was adopted. By comparing the temperature distribution of the experimental data and the simulation results, the model was verified. On this condition, the temperature distribution of the whole cell was analyzed. It was found that the temperature is much higher in the middle stack and lower in both the top and bottom of the battery. With the increase of discharge time, the temperature difference increases correspondingly. This work provides a necessary foundation for the thermal control and its thermal design of IPV Ni-H2 battery.
