摘 要:目的针对不明原因肺炎病例,建立快速、准确的实验室检测方法,及时筛查SARS病毒、高致病性人禽流感H5N1亚型病毒并检测其它亚型流感病毒,呼吸道合胞病毒等病原体,探讨该方法在不明原因肺炎监测中的应用意义。方法实时荧光PCR法检测SARS病毒、高致病性人禽流感H5N1亚型病毒,巢式RT-PCR法检测不同亚型流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)。结果77份各类型标本中,检出SARS冠状病毒4份,阳性率为5.19%;流感病毒8份,阳性率为10.39%;未检出高致病性人禽流感H5N1亚型病毒和RSV。结论应用多种PCR法检测不明原因肺炎病例可快速、准确地筛查SARS、人禽流感病例,并可进一步查明其它致病原,为及时防控及治疗提供依据。Objective To establish the methods to detect the nubilous pneumonic cases and to screen out the possible cases infected by SAILS, highly pathogenic avian H5N1 virus and other infectious respiratory diseases. Methods To detect the nucleic acid of SAILS virus and highly pathogenic avian H5N1 virus by Real time PCR and to detect the different subtypes of influenza virus and respiratory syncytial virus. Results From 77 samples, 4 SAILS virus and 8 influenza virus were detected and the positive rate was 5.19% and 10.39% respectively. The avian influenza and the respiratory syncytial were not found. Conclusion The application of several kinds of PCR method to detect the nubilous pnuenomic cases can screen out the SAILS and human avian influenza cases quickly and accurately, thus provides a method for the control and prevention of the respiratory infectious diseases in time.
