摘　　要：认为单病种限价问题本质上是卫生服务可及性问题。分析卫生服务可及性问题的经济障碍、地理、政治、文化障碍、组织障碍;探讨了三级医院对实施单病种限价动力不足的原因。认为解决医疗服务可及性问题采用单病种限价不是一个有效办法,要从转变卫生行政部门管理职能,调整医疗卫生发展思路和发展方向上另辟蹊径。The nature of limited price for single disease was health accessibility. The barries of economic, geography, politics, culture and organizations of health accessibility were analyzed. The reason that lack enthusiasm for application limited price for single disease in tertary hospital was discussed. The article concluded that limited price for single disease was not an effective way to health accessibility. It would be considered to transfer health administrator functions and adjusted health development direction.
