摘 要:在阐述城市路面管理系统发展现状的基础上,分析了城市道路路面使用性能的各单项评价指标及综合评价模型和方法在路面使用性能评价上的不足,对各单项评价指标模型进行了改进,统一了各个指标的值域范围,使得各个分项指标同综合指标的值域一致。改进后的模型具有统一的值域范围,不仅能适用于单项指标的评价,也满足了综合评价指标计算的需要。另外根据城市快速路和城市一般道路路面使用和状况评价的侧重点不同,分别建立了路面综合评价指标,以适应不同功能、地位的城市道路路面综合评价,为建立城市道路路面状况综合评价模型提供了新的思路。Based on expounding the developmental status of the urban road pavement management system, the study report analyzed the deficiency of the evaluating indicators and synthetical evaluating model of urban road pavement serviceability in pavement service performance evaluation, and modified part of the evaluating models. By integrating these evaluating indicators, the modified models have indicators with unified ranges, they are not only applicable to individual evaluation, but also to refined calculation of integrated evaluating index. In addition, in allusion to the limitations and deficiencies of the present evaluating models, some new ideas and methods are put forward for the pavement management, integrating those ideas and methods into the highway engineering expertise system and putting forward the different synthetical evaluating indexes applicable to the evaluation of different roads according to the different types of the urban road, in order to adapted to the different functional requirements.
