摘　　要：针对蚌埠新港综合办公楼基础沉管夯扩桩的承载力计算、施工方法进行介绍,通过静载试验、低应变测试,对理论计算中的承载力参数进行验证,并对该种桩型技术特点加以阐述。The bearing capacity calculation and the construction method of the immerse-rammed pile used in the new harbour comprehensive office building foundation of Bengbu are introduced, the parameters of bearing capacity in theoretical calculation are examined by the static load test and the dynamic test with low-strain, then the pile＇s feature is also introduced.
