滇西实验场及邻区4级调制地震与中强地震的关系

摘　　要：利用1972年1月1日—2005年12月31日云南省地震遥测台网的地震正式目录，对正式目录中的中强以上地震进行了余震删除。利用已删除余震的正式目录，分析实验场及邻区4．0—4．5级调制地震与中强地震的关系，总结历史震例得到：实验场及邻区发生4．0—4．5级调制地震，其后发生中强以上地震的可能性为81％，平均间隔时间为9．6月，而且中强震发震地点与4．0—4．5级调制地震发震地点相关性较好，平均相隔距离为85km。Using the formal earthquake catalogue got from Yunnan seismic network from Jan. 1,1972 to Dee. , 31,2005, in which aftershoeks have been deleted, the author studies the relationship between modulated earthquakes of M4.0 ~ 4.5 and following medium-stronger earthquakes which occurred in Western Yunnan Earthquake Prediction Test Site （WYEPTS） and its neighboring area. It is found that： there is better interrelationship between them, not only in time but also in space. The corresponding rate between modulated earthquakes and following medium-stronger earthquakes is 81%, and the average time interval between them is about 9.6 months eial distance is about 85 km. These could be helpful to earthquake prediction in , the average spacial distance is about 85 km. These could be helpful to earthquake prediction in this area.
