摘　　要：采用了一种简单而快速的全长cDNA文库构建法,即SMART法,并应用cDNA片段与质粒共转化大肠杆菌的方法,成功地构建了蚕豆全植株cDNA文库.Constructing cDNA libraries is one of tire essential means for the research of new gene clone and bio-functional genome. Traditional means of constructing cDNA libraries have some flaws, and therefore constructing full length cDNA libraries is brought up. The whole plant cDNA library of Vicia faba Linn is successfully constructed by using a fast and easy way of constructing full length libraries, SMART, and let cDNA sequences and plasmids cotransform E. Coli.
