涂料及包装对伏令夏橙贮藏性的影响

摘　　要：伏令夏橙果实耐贮性和内外品质与涂料的种类、浓度、包果薄膜厚度及包装方式关系密切，耐贮性随涂料浓度（日本蜡除外）和薄膜厚度增加而降低，不同包装方式则表现为单包果＞未包果＞袋装果（未涂料的除外）；糖、酸、Ｖｃ和可溶性固形物相对含量顺序为未包果＞单包果＞袋装果（个别除外）。The storage property and quality of Summer orange were interrelated with the sorts of paint,concentration,thickness of casing film and casing way. With the concentration of paint (except Japanese wax )and thickness of plastic film higher. The storage property become lower.The results of different casing way were:single casing>no casing>pocket casing (except no painted). The order of sugar,acid,Vc. Soluble solid content was:no casing>single casing>pocket casing (except indiridual). The order of all painted fruit quality was:single casing>no casing>pocket casing
