摘 要:报道了5个稻瘟病菌杂交组合的后代菌株在4个水稻品种和4个龙爪稷品种上的致病性分离结果。其中水稻菌3514-R-24对龙爪稷品种EC3的非致病性,龙爪稷菌株G10-1对水稻品种Keneana的非致病性及水稻菌3472-R-12对龙爪稷品种EC3、EC21的非致病性,可能是受一对基因控制的,因为它们与致病性菌株杂交后,致病性后代与非致病性后代的分离比为1∶1。3472-R-12对两个龙爪稷品种的非致病性基因可能就是相同的,因为对EC3致病的后代菌株,对EC21也都是致病的,反之亦然。其他组合中的龙爪稷菌对水稻的非致病性和水稻菌对龙爪稷品种的非致病性,则可能受一对以上的基因控制。Avirulence/virulence segregations in the progenies of 5 crosses for rice blast fangus, Magnaperthe grisea on 4 rice (Oryzae sativa L. ) varieties and 4 finger millet (Eleusine coracana) varieties were tested. Results suggested that the avirulence of blast strain 3514-R-24 from rice to finger millet variety EC3, strain G 10-1 isolated from finger millet to rice variety Keneana, and strain 3472-R-12 from rice to finger millet varieties EC3 and EC21 was probably controlled by one pair of gene. When these strains were crossed with virulent strains, the segregation ratio of avirulence/virulence progenies was 1 : 1. The genes for avirulence of strain 3514-R-12 to finger millet varieties EC3 and EC21 were likely the same genes, the progeny of strain which was avirulence to EC3 was also avirulence to EC21, and vice versa. In the other crosses, the aviruleare of strains from finger millet to rice and from rice to finger millet might be controlled by more than one pair of genes.
