摘 要:生物处理技术中现行的运行控制指标如MLSS、SV、CODCr、BOD5等的测定比较繁杂,不利于实际的工艺控制。以漯河双汇集团污水处理站UASB-CASS厌氧好氧联合工艺中CASS好氧段42d的运行调试试验为基础,通过周期性测定MLSS、SV、CODCr等运行指标及镜检分析原生动物、藻类、菌胶团等生物相,采用统计分析方法研究CASS生物处理过程中运行指标与生物相的相关性,结果表明,纤毛虫是出水水质较好的指示生物,鞭毛虫数量与CODCr去除率成正相关,而胞囊个数则与CODCr去除率成负相关。可以用快速简便的镜检作为工艺运行控制的重要方法。Because of the complicated and time-consuming measurement of the operational parameters such as MLSS, SV, CODCr and BOD5, the biological process control becomes difficult. In this article the correlation between operational parameters and biophase in UASB-CASS process was studied at a sewage treatment station of a meat processing enterprise called Shuanghui Group Co. in Luohe City. During the time of 42 days trail run of the CASS unit, which is constituent of the composite process of UASB and CASS, the measurements of operational parameters such as MLSS, SV and CODCr and the biophase examination of protozoa, algae and bacterial gel mass by microscope were processed periodically and the correlation between operational parameters and biophase in CASS were analyzed and processed by way of statistic principle. It is proved that ciliated protozoa are indicators of good effluent quality, and the flagellate abundance presents a positive correlation with the removal rate of CODcr, while the number of cysts shows a negative correlation. Microscopy may he an important way to operate the process rapidly and conveniently.
