摘　　要：寒冷地区有着独特的地理位置和气候条件,在北半球高纬度地区广泛分布.本文在分析寒地城镇环境建设中存在问题的基础上,对发达国家寒地在城镇环境建设关键技术,包括能源节约与应用技术、积雪处理技术和道路维护技术等方面进行了研究,阐述开发适宜的寒地建设关键技术的国际经验对中国北方寒地城镇环境建设的启示,以期加强中国寒地城镇环境在建设技术方面的应对.Abstract： Cold areas which have special geographical locations and climatic conditions are widely distributed in high latitude of northern hemisphere. According to analysis about existing problems caused by cold climate in town environment construction of cold areas, some key techniques in developed countries will be studied including ： energy - efficient technique, ice - snow treatment and reuse technique, road construction and maintenance technique, etc. And some inspirations from international experiences of developing fit key techniques in cold areas are to be provided for the purpose of strengthen constructions of northern towns in China.
