摘　　要：选用含粗毛率高的法系安哥拉兔、新西兰兔、ＳＡＢ兔与产毛量高的德系安哥拉兔进行品种（系）间杂交，至第三代选出理想个体进行横交，继代选育，经过５个世代育成了苏Ｉ系粗毛兔新品系。现有核心群３００只，繁殖群２０００只，生产群５００００只。第五世代兔具有以下特点：①平均粗毛率１５．７１％，年产毛量８９８ｇ，１１月龄体重４５０５ｇ，分别比预定指标提高４．７３％、１２．２５％、１２．６３％；②粗毛和细毛的细度分别为４１．１６μｍ和１４．２０μｍ，强力、伸长等均符合纺织要求；③母兔繁殖性能，总产仔数７．１４只，产活仔数６．７６只，初生窝重３５０．５ｇ，２１日龄窝重２７７５ｇ，断奶活仔数５．７１只，断奶个体重１０３０ｇ。苏Ｉ系兔遗传性能基本稳定，粗毛率和产毛量的遗传力分别为０．１３４和０．２９５，两者遗传相关系数为０．１３１，表型相关系数为０．１４７。French Angora Rabbit, New Zealand Rabbit and SAB Rabbit with high coarse wool rate were selected and crossed with German Angora Rabbit of high wool yield. Ideal individuals were picked out from the third generation to the fifth generation and the new strain of rabbit known as Su(I) has thus been derived. There are now 300 rabbits as the nucleus herd, 2 000 rabbits as the breeding herd and over 50 000 rabbits as the production herd. The fifth generation rabbits have characteristics as follows∶①The average coarse wool rate,annual wool yield and adult(11 mths) weight are 15 71% ,898 g and 4 505 g respectively, which are 4 73%,12 25% and 12 63%,respectively,higher than expected.② The diameters of coarse wool and down fibre are 41 16 μm and 14 20 μm respectively; their strength and elongation match the requirements of textile industry.③ Breeding performance of does: total litter size,survival litter size,initial litter weight, litter weight at 2l d, weaning litter size and individual weight at weaning are 7 14, 6 76, 350 5 g, 2 775 g, 5 71 and 1 030 g, respectively.The hereditary characters of the Su(I) new strain have become basically stable after 8 years breeding. The heritabities for coarse wool rate and wool yield are 0 134 and 0 295, respectively. The coefficients of genetic correlation and phenotypic correlation between coarse wool rate and wool yield are 0 131 and 0 147, respectively.
