摘  要:研究了模拟股骨颈骨折后,以加压螺丝钉单钉固定、双钉固定、双钉固定后在骨折区植骨各组标本的应力松弛力学性质,为临床提供生物力学参数。取24个正常国人急性头部外伤致死的新鲜尸体股骨标本,人为造成股骨颈骨折,以加压螺丝钉单钉固定,双钉固定、双钉固定后在骨折区植骨后进行应力松弛研究,得出了各组标本的应力松弛实验数据和曲线,并得出了归一化应力松弛函数。对实验数据以一元线性回归分析的方法进行处理,得出了各组标本的G(t)表达式。试验证明在相同应力作用下,单钉固定组7200秒应力松弛量大于其它组,但差异不显著。We studied the fracture of femur's neck by the fixed with single bolt, the fixed with two bolts and then the property of relaxation biomechanics of every sample groups of bone in the section of fracture. It provided parameter of biomechanics for clinical. Choose twenty-four os femoris upper part of the fresh body of our country of trauma on head, make the fracture of femur's neck. By the fixed with single bolt, the fixed with two bolts and research the property of relaxation biomechanics in the section of fracture. We obtained data and curve of the sample groups by relaxation experiment, and getted the data and curve of unitary relaxation function. We deal experiment data by the methods of unitary linearity analysis, and obtain G(t) expression of every sample groups. The group of the fixed with single bolt has greatly change in the same stress and the same on the beginning, but the groups of relaxation quantity has not great change in 7200s.
