清痹片对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜组织病理学改变的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清痹片对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠滑膜组织病理形态学的影响。方法:光镜下对CIA大鼠滑膜炎性细胞浸润、滑膜细胞进行评分,观察其组织形态学的改变。结果:CIA模型组大鼠关节滑膜炎细胞浸润明显;而清痹片各给药组及尼美舒利组其病理改变较模型组明显减轻(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠组织形态学改变明显:关节滑膜高度增生,呈乳头状突起,细胞排列不规则,可见大量的炎性细胞浸润等;而各给药组组织形态学改变显著减轻。结论:清痹片能有效减轻CIA大鼠滑膜组织的病理形态学改变,对RA滑膜增生及关节破坏有一定的抑制作用。Objective. To object the pathomorphological effect of Qingbi tablet on synovium of rats with collagen induced arthritis （CIA）. Method： To score for inflammatory cell infiltrate and synovial cell in synovium of CIA rats by light microscope, and to observe the pathology changes. Results： The synovium of joint of model group shows a obvious inflammatory cell infiltrate,compared with model group, the pathological changes were significantly abated in each medication administration team and the Aulin group（ P〈0.05）. The histomorphological changes of model group were also obvious, the synovium of joint hyperplasy excessively, to show a convex papilate, the cell-arrangement is anormal and considerable inflammatory cell infiltrate can be observed~ and the histomorphological changes of each medication administration team were significantly abated. Conclusion： Qingbi tablet can effectively abate pathological changes on synovium of rats with CIA, accordingly presume Qingbi tablet have depressant effect on synovium hyperplasia and destruction of joint of RA.
