摘  要:用有限元数值计算的方法研究了晶须增强金属复合材料电镜样品中,自由表面引起的弹性弛豫对材料中界面附近弹性应变的影响,利用电子衍射动力学理论模拟了这种弹性应变引起的会聚束电子衍射图中衍射线的宽化与分裂情况,计算结果与实验相符.The effect of elastic relaxation on the elastic microstrain in the vicinity of interface in whisker reinforced metallic composite due to the stress free surfaces of TEM sample was investigated by means of finite element method. The broadening and splitting of diffraction lines in convergent beam electron diffraction patterninducedbytheeffect were simulated with the dynamic theory of electron diffraction. The simulation coincides with the experimental observation. The way getting the interface microstrain in a bulk material of composite from the interface microstrain obtained with a thin foil of the identical composite was discussed.
