摘　　要：从新的时代背景出发,分析高校教学管理队伍的现状。加强教学管理队伍建设是提升教学工作水平的外在要求,提高教育质量的内在保障,增强高校竞争力的有效举措。要从正确的职位分析、建立培训保障机制、建立竞争激励机制三方面提升教学管理队伍。Under the background of a new era, the necessity of strengthening the construction of teaching and learning managing group is illustrated from three aspects： improving external requirement of teaching and learning, improving internal guarantee of the education quality and strengthening higher education＇s competition by analyzing the present situation of higher education managing group. This paper proposes that some ways should be taken to improve managing group of teaching and learning by analyzing proper positions, to establish the ensuring mechanism of training and to set up the mechanism of competition.
