摘　　要：库区移民工作是水利枢纽工程建设的重要内容。在进行库区移民搬迁和安置过程中,必须紧紧抓住发展这一移民工作主线,用科学发展观统领移民搬迁和安置工作,将移民工作与移民群众发展结合起来,将库区历史文化、民族风情、区位优势、特色产业与库区恢复和发展结合起来,积极探索库区移民可持续发展之路。The work related to the reservoir - region migrants is an inseparable part in the key hydro - projects. The concept of scientific development should be adopted to improve the work of reallocating these migrants whose history, culture, customs, production should be taken into account for their future sustainable development.
