摘　　要：解决贫困问题是兵团构建和谐社会和建设社会主义新农村的核心。兵团服务业的发展对新疆及全国经济的推动、社会的稳定起着至关重要的作用,同时也为推动兵团反贫困事业提供了契机。我们应通过加大政府对贫困地区的支持力度、大力发展区域经济、完善社会保障机制、优化服务业行业结构等措施,切实加快兵团反贫困进程。The central issue of building a new harmonious socialist countryside is to solve poverty. The development of Corps service industry is very important to the economic development and social consolidation. And it also offers a good chance to promote the anti - poverty. The paper analyzed the relations between service industry in Corps and anti - poverty, the characteristics and problems of service industry in Corps, then put forward the following measures, playing the role of the government in anti - poverty field, developing regional economy strongly to increase the people ＇ s income, improving the social security system to re- duce the level of poverty, optimizing service industry to quicken the process of anti - poverty.
