摘 要:文章研究过一硫酸盐和生物酶联合处理对羊毛织物性能的影响,优化复合酶处理工艺,并应用SEM和FTIR-ATR分析手段研究不同改性处理羊毛表面的化学和物理结构特性。结果表明:复合酶处理对过一硫酸盐处理羊毛织物的改性有增进作用,50次洗涤后织物的抗毡缩性与氯化处理相当,白度优于氯化工艺。SEM和FTIR-ATR分析表明该联合处理羊毛纤维表面的类酯物质和胱氨酸二硫键得到有效改性。The effects of permonosulphate combined with enzyme treatment on wool fabric properties were studied and the process of enzyme mixture treatment was optimized. SEM and FTIR-ATR analysis was applied to probe the surface chemical and physical structure natures of the modified wool. The results indicate that the process of enzyme mixture treatment is effective on the wool surface modification. The shrinking-resistance of the treated wool fabric subjected 50 washes reached a similar level to chlorinated wool, and the whiteness of the treated wool is better than that of chlorinated wool. SEM and FTIR-ATR analysis showed that the surface disulfide bonds and surface lipid were modified/removed by the combined treatments effectively.
