摘  要:在蒸气养护工艺中,水化热与蒸养温度(恒温温度60℃)的协同下混凝土内部温度易超过80℃,使水化初期生成的钙矾石分解,并在温度降低以后,在硬化混凝土内重新生成。合理控制[SO24-]/[AlO2-]的阀值提高钙矾石分解温度,增强其稳定性;掺加矿渣等矿物掺和料可以降低混凝土中心水化热,从而避免达到钙矾石的分解温度,同时降低孔隙液的pH值,生成非膨胀性钙矾石。In steam-curing regime at the maximum temperature 60℃,Ettringite formed in the early hydration period decomposes,due that coactions of release of hydration heat of cement and temperature of steam-curing keeps center temperatures of concrete exceed temperature of 80℃,regenerates in harden concrete after the temperature falling;The threshold of[SO^2- 4]/[AlO2^-] ratio was controlled properly to increase the decomposition temperature of ettringite,and improve its stability;Mineral additive such as slag were used to reduce the heat of hydration for avoiding of reaching temperature limits that the ettringile decomposes, and decrease the pH value of pore solution to form non-expansive ettringite.
