摘  要:根据碱激发工业废渣原理研究制备了一种新型双液注浆材料,结果表明:其凝结时间可调,初凝范围从几十秒到3h,终凝范围从30min到15h;强度高,28d强度可达30MPa;随着水灰比和粉煤灰掺量的增加,凝结时间延长,强度降低;随着水玻璃掺量的增加,强度降低,凝结时间延长;随着水玻璃模数由1增加到3.19,硬化体强度上升,凝结时间缩短。并对该材料在武汉长江隧道工程的应用进行了优选。The principle of alkali-activated industrial residue to prepare a kind of new two-shot grouting material was used in this paper. The results indicate that its setting time can be adjusted, in other words, its initial setting time changes from a large number of seconds to 3 hours and final setting time varies from 30 minutes to 15 hours; the compressive strength can attain 30MPa under the condition of standard curing for 28days; the setting time prolongs and the compressive strength reduces with the increasing of water ratio, fly ash and water-glass mixes and the lowering of water-glass modulus from 1 to 3.19. At last this material was optimized in the Wuhan Yangtze River tunneling project.
