摘  要:报道了用碱性磷酸酶(AKP)抑制剂左旋咪唑和缓钙化剂偕二磷酸钠(Na2EHDP),通过体外钙化实验,跟踪测试AKP比活力及45Ca在佝偻病大鼠的骺骨生长板中的掺入.结果表明,钙化在酶失活、缺乏Ca2+或Pi的条件下不会发生,APK活力对钙化的发生是必需的,AKP活力越高,钙化速度越快,同时,钙化会加速AKP失活,钙化速度越快。Growth plate cortilage of rachitic rat was used to studied factors influencing biological calcification.Levamisole,a inhibitor of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and disodium ethanehydroxydiphosphonate (Na 2EHDP),a anticalcification agent,were used to study the velation between AKP and calafication.Measurements of specific activity of AKP and 45 Ca uptuke by rachitic cartilage slices from metastable calcium phosphate solution indicated that heat and without Ca 2+ or Pi in the solution inhibited calcification almost totally,and levamisole and Na 2EHDP inhibited calcification partily.The results suggest that AKP is essential for biologic calcification.In the process of biologic calcification,The acticity of AKP will be loss gradually,The faster the speed of calcification is,the faster the loss of AKP activity is.
