摘　　要：目的评价国产Amplatzer封堵器治疗先天性心脏病室间隔缺损（VSD）的临床疗效及其应用前景。方法选择22例VSD患者（男12例,女10例,年龄7-40岁）,其中伴膜部瘤者有1例,VSD直径（3.5-8.9mm）。在经胸超声心动图（TTE）及X线影像指导下,经鞘管应用合适的国产Amplatzer封堵伞进行封堵,术后应用超声心动图观察疗效。结果在对患者1年的随访中,除1例有少量残余分流外,余未见残余分流,瓣膜反流程度无加重。结论应用国产Amplatzer封堵器介入治疗VSD操作简单,成功率高,疗效可靠、安全,近期临床疗效好。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and clinical future of transcatheter closure of perimembranous ventricular septal defect （VSD） using occluder made in China. Methods A total of 22 VSD patients, 12 males and 10 females, aging from 7 to 40 years, including a patient with ventricular septal aneurysm were enrolled in our study. The diameters of VSD ranged from 3.5 to 8. 9 mm. Under the guidance of transthoracic echocardiography （TEE） and X-ray, appropriate ventricular septal occluders were applied to perform transcatheter closure with the filament path. And the successful eases were examined by TEE after operation. Results During 1 year postoperative follow-up to observe the curative effects, except 1 patient with a little residual shunts, the other patients underwent the procedure successfully without residual shunts and aggravating valvular regurgitation. Conclusion The homemade ventricular septal occluder is a safe and effective method for treating the transcatheter closure of perimembranous ventricular septal defect.
