摘  要:提出了黑索今与奥克托今的相对裂解产物丰度(F)随表观裂解温度(Tp)变化的曲线,其两者的不同点是由于这两种炸药的热物理化学过程不同而产生的。奥克托今被加热到一定温度,主要发生相对单纯的凝聚相的热化学分解,因此在F-Tp曲线上呈F值随Tp值快速和线性增长的特征;而黑索今由于挥发始终伴随着热化学分解过程,故呈现F值随Tp值慢速和非线性增长的特点,F-Tp曲线不仅能够反映物质的热化学过程,而且还能够指示其伴随的物理过程。Relative pyrolyzate abundance(F )vs. the observed pyrolysis temperature(T p)curves of TTZ, HMX,RDX and DNT are obtained by means of Py/GC, particularly with the increase in pulse/step of the pyrolysis temperature. Physicochemical mechanism of materials in the special pyrolysis processes is discussed,and the model of thermal process of a material on the coexistence of both the chemical decomposition and physical phase change is proposed theoretically and verified experimentally. TheF-T p curve of RDX is characteristically distinguished from that of HMX. During the whole pyrolysis process, while both physical vaporization or sublimation and chemical decomposition occur in RDX,only the relatively pure chemical decomposition occurs in HMX.F-T p curves based on easy and simple Py/GC can be used not only for the investigation of chemical decomposition associated with the thermal stability of mate-rials,but also for changes in its physical phase.
