摘　　要：目的研究尖锐湿疣患者的红细胞免疫功能。方法选择40例妇产科及皮肤科门诊的女性患者,同期40例健康体检妇女。用红细胞C3b受体花环率(C3bRR),免疫复合物花环率(ICR)方法检测尖锐湿疣患者红细胞免疫功能。结果尖锐湿疣患者红细胞C3b受体明显降低,红细胞免疫复合物花环率(ICR)明显升高。结论尖锐湿疣女性患者发病机制可能与红细胞免疫抑制因子有关。Objective To investigate the changes of the erythrocytes immmune of condyloma acuminatum patients. Methods 40 condyloma acuminatum female patients were studied and 40 healthy women were taken as control group. They were examined with the methods of C3b receptor chaplet rate and immunocomplex receptor chaplet rate. Results C3b receptor chaplet rate in the condyloma acuminatum patients was significantly decreased, and the immunocomplex receptor chaplet rate in the condyloma acuminatum patients was increased. Conclusion Changes of erythrocytes immmune of condyloma acuminatum patients maybe concerned with the erythrocytes immune inhibiting factor.
