摘  要:目的:观察脾虚大鼠模型壁细胞内IP3含量的变化及补脾方药党参、白术、补中益气汤对其的影响。方法:大鼠壁细胞采用EDTA-Pronase酶消化法,采用竞争蛋白结合法测定大鼠壁细胞内IP3含量。结果:大黄脾虚模型大鼠壁细胞内IP3含量显著低于正常组,经党参、白术、补中益气汤治疗后,IP3含量有不同程度的升高,尤以党参组明显。结论:脾虚证可能与壁细胞内IP含量生成量减少相关,补脾方药对其有一定的调节作用。To observe the changes of IP3 in parietal cells of Pi - deficiency rats and the effects of medicines for invigorating Pi. Methods: The Parietal cells isolated from rats were made by Pronase - EDTA method. The IP3 assay is based on competition between ^3H - IP3 and unlabelled IP3 in the standard or samples for binding to a binding protein prepared from bovine adrenal cortex. Results: The contents of IP3 in parietal cells of Pi - deficiency rats obviously decreased. After treatment by Dangshen(党参), Baizhu(白术) and Buzhong Yiqi decoction (补中益气汤), the contents of IP3 in parietal cells increased. Conclusions: The decreased synthesis of IP3 in parietal cells perhaps related with the condition of Pi - deficiency of rats. And the mechanism of medicines for invigorating Pi might partly act through the regulation of the intracellular messenger.
