通脉注射液抗血栓形成作用及对血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究通脉注射液治疗缺血性心脑血管疾病的药效学。方法:研究通脉注射液对高分子右旋糖酐所致大鼠动物模型血液流变学特性的影响、对大鼠体内静脉血栓形成的影响、对家兔心血体外血栓形成的影响、对大鼠下腔静脉血栓溶解的影响。结果:通脉注射液可明显改善血瘀大鼠红细胞变形能力及其聚集性,降低红细胞压积及全血粘度与血浆粘度,抑制大鼠静脉血栓及家兔心血体外血栓的形成,促进大鼠下腔静脉血栓的溶解;对ADP诱导的血小板聚集有明显抑制作用,并能减少血小板细胞的粘附性。结论通脉注射液有明显的活血通脉作用。Objective： The purpose of this study was to examine the protective effects and mechanism of Tongmai injection against cerebral and myocardial ischemia. Methods： The viscosities of whole blood and plasma, blood yield stress and erythroeyte aggregation in the acute bloodstasis rats models were measured, and the antithrombotic effects, the maximum rate of platelet aggregation in all groups were measured by turbidimetry. Results： Tongmai injection had amelioration effects on hemorheology and platelet aggregation in the acute blood - stasis rats or rabbits model, and these had a dose - response relationship. It promote blood circulation by removing blood stasis. Hemorheological data showed that the blood viscosity, blood reductive viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index and electrophoresis time were significantly decreased by Tongmai injection in the animal model as compared with control group. Conclusions： Tongmai injection plays a good rote in improving myocardial ischemia , improves the indication of hemorhelogy in rats and rabbits, and descends the levels of blood viscosity.
